Newton Falls Banquet Center Sold for $900K
NEWTON FALLS, Ohio – The building and land of a popular Italian restaurant and banquet center here has sold for $900,000, according to records from the Trumbull County auditor’s office.
Roby Lee’s Restaurant and Banquet Center at 425 Ridge Road was sold to Vinny’s Pizza LLC on Sept. 22, data show. The land and building are appraised at $212,120 for tax purposes, per the auditor’s records. The auditor’s office lists Robert J. Lee as the seller.
According to articles of incorporation filed with the Ohio Secretary of State office, the statutory agent for Vinny’s Pizza is Samuel Crea of Middlefield, Ohio.
The restaurant and banquet center was built in 1995, records show. Roby Lee’s specializes in authentic Italian pasta dishes and fresh seafood.
