Kravitz Deli Reopens with Improvements

LIBERTY – After a minor kitchen fire forced Kravitz Delicatessen to close for six weeks, the landmark restaurant in Liberty Township is open again with some new features. As repairs were being made, owner Matthew Rydarowicz used the opportunity to improve the dishwashing area, do some heavy cleaning and repaint and reorganize the front room. A new grill and hood were installed to replace the fire-damaged ones. Rydarowicz also installed a deep fryer and has added french fries to the me
