Penn State Extension Offers Strength Training Program

MERCER, Pa. – Penn State Extension will offer a group-based strength training program for adults age 40 and older.  The Lifelong Improvements Through Fitness Together program is aimed at improving functional fitness, or the ability to perform daily activities with ease. Penn State Extension will offer two sessions of the program at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 110 E. Market St., beginning Sept. 26.
