YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream & Yogurt will launch a new horchata-flavored ice cream Sept. 24. Made with sweet cream, cinnamon and milk, the new Horchata ice cream can be enjoyed by the scoop or as a milkshake. The Canfield-based ice cream stand chain has 116 locations in several states.
